Coaching with me isn’t about quick fixes or generic advice. It’s about helping you see your relationships clearly, realign what’s out of balance, and move forward with wisdom and peace.

What coaching does

  • Confusion is exhausting — and it's often a signal that something is out of alignment. Together we name what's really going on, so you can stop second-guessing and start seeing clearly.

  • Most of what keeps us stuck isn't a single moment — it's a pattern we've normalized. As your coach, I help you recognize those patterns and understand what they're costing you.

  • Clarity is only the beginning. We turn it into real, grounded next steps — healthier boundaries, stronger discernment, and decisions made from peace instead of fear.

  • Growth takes time and encouragement. I'm here to support you with practical wisdom, biblical truth, and steady accountability along the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

DURING THE SESSION

We focus on action steps and goals identified in your plan or pre-session form.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I keep everything shared in our sessions confidential, as allowable by law.

POST-SESSION

Between sessions. you’ll work on the steps in your coaching action plan.

MEETING TIMES

We will meet for 60-minute sessions weekly over Google Meet at a time we agree on.

REFLECTION EXERCISES

Each month we’ll do reflection exercises to assess your growth and how our work is going.

PRE-SESSION TASKS

A day before each meeting, you’ll complete the short pre-session form and returned it back to me.

 Coaching vs. therapy

  • Whether it be short-term or long-term goals, we look at current challenges that you are facing in your personal or professional life.

  • I help my clients arrive at their own solutions through 2-way communication and goal setting.

  • Together we set attainable goals and processes to create a sustained change. In our sessions we work through how you can take advantage of your strengths and resources, as well as learn new perspectives and insights.

  • In our sessions we check in on your progress and celebrate how far you have come.

Coaching:


  • Therapy is typically a long-term plan for those who need help navigating trauma and seeking healing.

  • Therapy is an amazing tool primarily used to identify a point of trauma in ones past, or treating a mental health diagnosis. During a session, a psychologist is typically searching for a way to resolve a problem from the past.

  • Therapy is focused on cognitive and emotional coping. Unlike coaching, it usually takes years to achieve results.

  • A therapist or psychiatrist is trained and qualified to diagnose and treat clients, unlike coaches. If you are looking to receive a diagnosis or a treatment plan, therapy may be the best option for you.
